What does a first conversation look like?

How do you charge for work?
Engagements are scoped as fixed-fee projects. We don't charge hourly and we don't do retainer-only arrangements without a defined deliverable. Every engagement has a clear scope, timeline, and output.
Do you work with early-stage companies?
Yes — when the problem is the right fit. We work best with teams that have a specific operational problem and the technical capacity to implement what we design.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Strategy sprints run 2–3 weeks. Architecture engagements typically run 4–8 weeks. Embedded partnerships are ongoing, scoped quarterly.
